You are invited to attend the Inspiration Residential HOA Board Meeting on Wednesday, November 1st, at 6:00 pm. This is a business meeting of the Board of Directors.

The Association will host a Town Hall Meeting immediately following the upcoming Open Board Meeting. The Town Hall will feature highlights of the 2024 approved HOA budget as well as an in-depth review of the Fire/EMS expense for the Association. Due to time constraints, we are asking homeowners to submit their questions in advance via the link below, so they may be answered at the meeting. If time permits, the Board will also take questions from the floor.

Destiny Monument Sign: 

The Destiny Monument sign was repaired last week.

Hope Harbor: 

Hope Harbor will close for the season beginning Wednesday, November 1st.

Osage Lane: 

Osage Lane is now closed; we recommend owners leave a few minutes earlier than usual as we will have seen increased traffic at Parker Road and Inspiration Blvd. 

Right of Row Project: 

The project is underway. It is expected to be completed this year and is at no cost to the association.

As an Association, we always want to encourage our residents to settle issues with neighbors neighborly and kindly. Recently, a few residents have contacted us regarding dogs barking, garage doors being opened, and, unfortunately, drinks being poured on vehicles. Please be patient and courteous to one another. Our goal for Inspiration is to be a beautiful community filled with the best neighbors.

Car Show & Poker Run

Date: Saturday, November 4th

Time: Noon

Where: Club Inspiration

Drift into Club Inspiration and check out the Inspired Car Show! Before the car show, we will be hosting a poker run. Poker Run contestants will race around Inspiration to designated locations and search for poker cards. At the end of the race, whoever has the best hand wins!

Inspiration Paw Park Pals: Every Thursday and Tuesday at 5:00 pm at Urban Trails Dog Park.

Bunco Club: Thursday, October 26th starting at 6:30 pm at Club Inspiration.

The Inspiration Association office will be closed on Thursday, November 2nd starting at 1:00 pm and will resume on Friday, November 3rd. For association-related emergencies, please call 1-800-274-3165.
