We wanted to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude to Taylor Cowan for her exceptional contributions as our Lifestyle Director. Taylor has been an invaluable asset to our community, bringing her creativity, enthusiasm, and dedication to every event and initiative. As Taylor prepares to embark on a new chapter in her career, we wish her all the best. Her hard work and positive impact will be greatly missed.

CCMC and the Board of Directors have already begun the search for a new Lifestyle Director to continue the excellent work that Taylor has done. Facility Rentals:

The Inspiration Community Association has multiple spaces that residents can reserve for private events and gatherings! Reservation requests must be submitted no more than twelve (12) months and no less than fourteen (14) days in advance of the event. The calendar and rental forms are located online. As of right now, we still have several Saturdays available in November and December. So please get your requests in early.

Inspiration is an ownership-focused community. The HOA has very specific rules regarding when and how a house may be rented.

Notary Services:

We have a Texas Notary at the Association Office; please be sure to schedule an appointment with the team online.

Political Signs:

As provided by statute, political signs and flags are permitted to be displayed 90 days prior to an election and must be removed no later than 10 days after an election. The guidelines regulating the number and placement of political signage are in place to ensure the aesthetics and harmony of our community, while also respecting the rights of individuals to express their political views within a reasonable timeframe.

Community Project Updates

The cooler weather creates an excellent opportunity to get out there and check off items on your "To-Do list." That means it's a great time to go out and freshen up your fence stain to bring it back to looking shiny and new. There is only one approved color for Inspiration: Oil Based, Sherwin Williams Cedarbark # 3511. Keeping up with your fence staining ensures its longevity and keeps your curb appeal looking great!

Unfortunately, our Inspire Around the World event has been postponed to Spring 2025.

We're committed to delivering a truly immersive cultural experience, and we believe that postponing the event will allow additional residents an opportunity to volunteer.
