You are invited to attend the Inspiration Residential HOA Board Meeting on Wednesday, November 1st, at 6:00 pm. This is a business meeting of the Board of Directors.

Agenda for Wednesday, November 1st

The Association will host a Town Hall Meeting immediately following the upcoming Open Board Meeting. The Town Hall will feature highlights of the 2024 approved HOA budget as well as an in-depth review of the Fire/EMS expense for the Association. Due to time constraints, we asked homeowners to submit their questions in advance. If time permits, the Board will also take questions from the floor.

Office Closure:

The Inspiration Association office will be closed on Thursday, November 2nd starting at 1:00 pm and will resume on Friday, November 3rd. For association-related emergencies, please call 1-800-274-3165.

Association Grills:

We would like to remind all of our residents to clean the grill after use; we have installed some brushes at all of the grills.

Destiny Monument Sign:

The Destiny Monument sign was repaired last week.

Hope Harbor:

Hope Harbor will close for the season beginning today, Wednesday, November 1st.

Osage Lane:

Osage Lane is now closed; we recommend owners leave a few minutes earlier than usual as we will have seen increased traffic at Parker Road and Inspiration Blvd.

Right of Row Project:

The project is underway. It is expected to be completed this year and is at no cost to the association.

Water Fountains:

The outdoor water fountains in the common areas have been turned off during the winter season to prevent damage to the pipes.

The cooler weather creates an excellent opportunity to get out there and check off items on your "To-Do list." That means it's a great time to go out and freshen up your fence stain to bring it back to looking shiny and new. There is only one approved color for Inspiration, and it is the Sherwin Williams: Cedar Bark 351. Keeping up with your fence staining ensures the longevity of your fence and keeps your curb appeal looking great!
