Holiday Lights:
Residents can turn on their Holiday lights beginning Thursday, November 23rd. Residents celebrating Diwali as a reminder lights can be illuminated through Monday, November 20th, per our Seasonal Light Policy.
Notary Services:
We have a Texas Notary at the Association Office; please be sure to schedule an appointment with the team at InspirationTX@ccmcnet.com.
Osage Lane:
Osage Lane is now closed; we recommend owners leave a few minutes earlier than usual as we will have seen increased traffic at Parker Road and Inspiration Blvd.
Right of Row Project:
The project is underway. It is expected to be completed this year and is at no cost to the association.
Sports Committee:
The Association is seeking homeowners who have an interest in organizing sports leagues and activities such as Pickleball, Volleyball, Disc Golf, Golf, Soccer, Cricket, etc. The goal is to create a Sports Committee with the purpose of organizing sports activities within the community. The Board has dedicated a budget to this committee. If you have an interest in serving, please contact the Association office at InspirationTX@ccmcnet.com. The committee will host their first meeting next week.
