Announcement: New Recorded Governing Document
We want to inform you that an updated set of governing documents has been officially recorded for Inspiration following our Board meeting on October 23rd. Many of these updates were required due to recent legislative changes to ensure the Association remains in full compliance with current state law. These additions include several Architectural and Installation Guidelines, such as the guidelines for standby electric generators, fencing, solar energy devices, rain barrels or rainwater harvesting systems, drought-resistant landscaping, and the installation of certain roofing materials.
In addition, the Association recorded updated Policy Resolutions, including the resolution regarding the inspection and copying of books and records, the clarification of the definition of a “commercial vehicle,” and the criteria for obtaining bids or proposals for certain contracts. The Policy for Water Restrictions and the Procedures for Informing Owners of Architectural Decisions and their Right to Appeal were also recorded.
In accordance with Texas Property Code Section 207.006, the Association is required to make current versions of all dedicatory instruments available to our members. Please take a moment to review these important legislative-driven updates to our community documents.
Association Saturday Office Hours:
The Association Office will not be open on Saturdays for the remainder of the year. Our team will continue to support residents during regular weekday business hours.
Hope Harbor Restrooms and Water Fountains
The Hope Harbor restrooms will be closed and locked as we prepare them for the winter season. During this time, the water has been turned off in the restrooms, and the drinking fountains have been fully winterized. These steps help protect the facilities until warmer weather returns.
Grace Pickleball Courts
As a reminder, the Grace Pickleball Courts are closed through the end of the week while they are being resurfaced. Click here for the email that was sent over the weekend with additional information.
