We enjoy seeing all of our residents enjoy the Fitness Center. We wanted to take a moment to remind our residents of some of the rules. 

• Residents 13 years of age and under are not permitted to use the Fitness Center at any time. 
• Residents 14-16 years of age are not permitted to use the Fitness Center without adult supervision. 
• Residents 14-17 years of age are not permitted to use the Fitness Center before 9:00 am or after 9:00 pm. 
• Please return the dumbbells to their appropriate slots.
• Residents are limited to one guest only for the Fitness Center.

Holiday Lights: 

Residents can turn on their Holiday lights beginning Thursday, November 23rd. Residents celebrating Diwali as a reminder lights can be illuminated through Monday, November 20th, per our Seasonal Light Policy. 

Osage Lane: 

Osage Lane will open on Friday, November 24th. Thank you for being so patient!

Possum Fire Pond: 

Work will begin on Possum Fire Pond next week; the area will be graded, seeded, and mowed in the future. 

Right of Row Project: 

The project is underway. It is expected to be completed this year and is at no cost to the association.

School Street Parking: 

As a reminder, please remember not to park in front of residents' driveways and keep one lane open for general traffic. 

Inspiration Paw Park Pals: Every Thursday and Tuesday at 5:00 pm at Urban Trails Dog Park.

Office Closure:

The Inspiration Association office will be closed on Wednesday, November 22nd, starting at 3:00 pm through Saturday, November 25th. For association-related emergencies, please call 1-800-274-3165.
