Classic CCE Worship | Sunday 11 AM
lift your hearts in worship, in person or online
This Sunday, we welcome Rev. Bob Hamilton.

Masks are required when the COVID-19 transmission risk is "high" for Henrico County. See below for more.
We're getting ready to welcome, Rev. Neal Goldsborough
The Rev. Neal Goldsborough has accepted the call to serve as our Interim Rector and we are thrilled. Neal has met with the vestry and staff and he worshipped with us last week. We look forward to his spirit-filled leadership and guidance over the next year. Rev. Neal's first Sunday as our Interim Rector will be July 3. Please also mark your calendars and make plans to welcome Neal at a welcome reception on Sunday, July 10, after both worship services.
"Crew Leaders" are needed July 12-15. You'll be assigned a small group of kiddos and help them move to each VBS station. It's easy and FUN!
We are excited to welcome children from our community to Vacation Bible School this summer. What a great way to share the Love of Jesus with eager little disciples! Many hands are needed for this special ministry.

One essential role is Crew Leader. A good crew leader is a friend and helper for the kids and station leaders. They are assigned a small group to encourage and guide them throughout the morning (only two hours!)

VBS is 9-11 AM, July 12-15. Depending on your role, that's only 4-12 hours in one week. Volunteer in Realm or at www.ccerva.org/vbs
Youth Mission Trips help our young people connect with others through service and community-building
Do you have a student in your life in rising 6th-12th grades? Invite them to participate in our summer youth mission trips, a chance to give back to others, connect to missional causes, and build deep friendships with other youth. | Click the button below to volunteer and reach out to Adam Williams with any questions.
Do you have the gift of hospitality?
Jesus welcomed the stranger and so shall we! Our Welcome and Fellowship ministry reaches out to newcomers with kindness, hospitality, and helpfulness. They also help coordinate our church's celebration gatherings. Do you have a welcoming spirit? Do you enjoy planning and hosting celebrations? If so, the Welcoming and Fellowship Committee would love to have you join them! | Please contact Jan Thomas if interested.
Save the Date: music hour for kids
Kids rising K-5th grade are invited to gather for a special music hour each day after Vacation Bible School, July 12-15, 11:15 AM-12:15 PM. This mini choir camp will have your kiddos singing, dancing, learning, and praising God through music! | Registration opens soon. Contact Keith Tan for details.
Wednesday morning Eucharist is inspirational and centering
Each Wednesday at 8 AM, a small group gathers for a service of Holy Eucharist. This time together includes holy communion, morning prayer, and a short homily provided by the presiding priest or CCE ministry staff. Participants faithfully attend and remark that it is inspirational, centering, and has a strong sense of community.

We are so grateful to the Rev. Doug Wigner for graciously sharing his gifts with us as he has celebrated morning Eucharist over the past few months. On July 6, we will welcome Rev. Neal Goldsborough. Hopefully, you can join us this summer for this special service!
Help feed our neighbors by serving at Shalom Farms
We serve 2 times each month! Next service date: Saturday, June 25, 9:00 AM in Midlothian. Join the "Shalom Farms Interest Group" in Realm for details and updates.
Masks are required when COVID transmission is "high"
We use this CDC tracker to guide us in mask-wearing guidelines:

Low (Green): Mask Optional
Medium (Yellow): Masks Recommended
High (Orange): Masks Required
