"The endeavour to win goodness by withdrawal from society is as
vain as the search for the lost fountain or the pursuit of an alchemy
which will make gold out of lead. The only possible way to overcome
the world is to carry the forces of the spiritual life into the veins of society
until peace and love and righteousness prevail there."

A PRAYER FOR TODAY
O One that Always Was and Is, and Forever Shall Be,
In our stress and weariness help us to not retreat, but to stand tall among giants, embrace division with love, and overcome isolation by seeking understanding. Equip us to raise up more inclusive and cosmic communities, and may Your vision be the model that encourages others to do the same.
Amen.
