'Trailblazing' Texas project featured in Interior Design

WallGoldfinger had the pleasure of creating a variety of tables for an outstanding Texas project designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects and featured in Interior Design magazine earlier this year.

WallGoldfinger’s scope of work included a boardroom telepresence table, CEO and other office tables, as well as conference room tables. The boardroom table, shown above, was a standout for its pristine white back-painted glass top, apron mounted power and slender, stylish base, which featured a presenter’s monitor on a retractable arm on the table’s wide end. Presenter’s, or confidence, monitors allow presenters to face their audience and still see their data on display. WallGoldfinger offers a variety of creative, integrated monitor ideas.

The CEO table, above right, wowed with polished stainless steel corner legs with integrated wire management. Conference room tables, not shown, had conical bases, and office tables, above right, met a need for a slender ellipse with a stylish look.

All and all the project featured neutral colors and clean shapes for a fresh, modern look.

Five-story corporate headquarters complete

A New Jersey corporation has recently moved into a beautiful, new global headquarters thanks to the design vision of architect HLW, general contracting by J.T. Magen and millwork from Mark Richey Woodworking.

The Mark Richey team provided cabinetry, banquettes, wall paneling and feature walls, doors and entryways, a coffered ceiling, phone room desks and more across a diverse spectrum of spaces from the boardroom to the restrooms. There was little of the five-story office, complete with auditorium and an events space, that the Mark Richey team didn’t enhance.

A LEED project, work featured FSC plain sliced walnut and rift cut white oak veneers and solid walnut as well as upholstery, vinyl and formaldehyde-free plastic laminate. Special finishes included wire brushed fumed oak veneer and carved solid walnut.

Summer fun!

Members of our great crew and their beautiful families gathered in August for a summer outing. The event featured friends, food and fun at neighboring Riverwalk Brewing next to the factory in Newburyport, Mass.

Mark Richey Woodworking and WallGoldfinger Furniture feature a team of about 100 hardworking individuals. The celebration was a thank you for their always outstanding efforts to design and build the world's finest architectural millwork and corporate furniture.
