Holy Week Schedule

Thank you for experiencing and celebrating this season of Lent with us at NPC.

Below is the full schedule for Holy Week in 2024.

Maundy Thursday, March 28 - 7:30 pm Communion and Tenebrae Service in the Sanctuary

Good Friday, March 29 - 9:30am Ecumenical Community Cross Walk

Easter, March 31 - 6:00am Sunrise Service at Weed Beach

8:00, 9:30 (Livestream available) and 11:00 am Sanctuary Services 

Wednesday Night Prayer

Due to Holy Week, there will be no Wednesday Night Prayer Service this week. Please join us for our Tenebrae service on Thursday, March 28 at 7:30pm in the Sanctuary and for our next Prayer Service on April 4.

Diapers & Wipes Donations

We have one more week of collecting diapers & wipes! You can place your donations in the crib outside the church office and they'll go to our caring Mission Partner, Hopeline Pregnancy Center in Darien, CT.

Stephen Ministry

If you or someone you know is going through a difficult life situation, let us help. A Stephen Minister is trained to provide confidential, Christ-centered care to walk alongside those experiencing life’s difficulties. Click below for more information.

Easter Flowers

If you would like to contribute a donation to the Easter flowers in memory of your loved one(s) on Easter, we will include your memorial in our Easter bulletins. The deadline for submission is the end of the day today. Please provide info below.

Horton Scholarship

NPC established the Horton Scholarship in memory of Rev. Dr. Lawrence M. Horton, and has provided financial aid to grateful students for over 40 years. To continue this legacy, please prayerfully consider making a gift to the Horton Scholarship Fund.

If you are a student and NPC member headed to college and would like to be considered for a scholarship, you can fill out an Application Form before April 23.

West Virginia

NPC has traveled to Dunlow, West Virginia to serve the community by hosting an annual VBS for the community’s youth. This event is often the highlight of the summer for many of these West Virginia youth. We are forming a team again this summer to go June 29 - July 6 and serve the community and we want YOU to be a part of it.

Missions Spotlight

Hopeline Pregnancy Center

Hopeline Pregnancy Center offers women, couples, and families free and confidential pregnancy services: pregnancy testing & ultrasounds, options counseling & relationship education, and recovery care.

We are collecting diapers & wipes in March for Hopeline. Please place donations in the crib outside the office or order online and mail to NPC (attn. Patti Picardi). Thanks for your support!

As followers of Jesus, we have been charged to pray without ceasing (1Thess. 5:17). If you are interested in joining our weekly, confidential prayer zoom on Wednesdays from 6-7pm, contact Evie Knight.
