Food Pantry Reopened
Let everything that has breath praise the Lord! Praise the Lord! Psalm 150:6
This is the bible verse that will be shared with our pantry guests throughout October. It reminds us there is much for which to praise God: the breath of life, His grace and gift of faith, and our redemption and salvation won by our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
After being closed during September for remodeling and expansion, Redeemer’s Food Pantry has reopened. We are excited for the growth of this ministry and the opportunities God has given our church to help our community. Please keep our food pantry in your prayers as we work to feed our neighbors in both body and soul. May God be praised!
Laura Grichnik
Pantry Manager, Volunteer
The HALO Board will be hosting a Food Pantry Open House in November for members to see our new set up. Watch for more information to come.

RightNow Media Series
RightNow Media is a wonderful resource available to our members offering a wide range of topics. Every month we plan to suggest a video series and provide a guide for individual learning and reflection.
Our October recommendation is: Essential of Faith: Series 2 - Why Does Jesus Matter?
What makes Jesus such an important person? In this six-session series, pastor and author J.D. Greear will answer the question, “Why does Jesus matter?” He’ll explore who Jesus is, why he came, and what he said and did, to help us understand the life-changing effect Jesus had—and continues to have—on the world. Join J.D. and see the difference that Jesus can make in your life.
If you do not yet have a RightNowMedia account, see Jeff Shoumaker to be linked with Redeemer’s subscription.
