Amazon will Spend $20B on Data Centers in Pennsylvania

Amazon has announced a $20 billion investment to establish two major data center complexes in Pennsylvania, marking the largest private-sector investment in the state’s history.


One center will be in Luzerne County in proximity to the Susquehanna nuclear power plant, with the second in Bucks County.


These facilities will support Amazon’s growing cloud computing and artificial intelligence operations, creating 1,250 permanent jobs in the area.

PA Announces $224K Investment to Increase Sales and Exports of PA Agricultural Products

The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture has announced a $224,000 investment in Agriculture Promotion Grants to enhance the domestic sales and exports of Pennsylvania agricultural products.


These grants are funded by the Pennsylvania Farm Bill, which reimburses nonprofits up to 50% of costs for projects aimed at educating consumers, promoting agriculture sectors.


The funds are also hoping to promote regional agriculture-based tourism.
