United Neighborhood Centers Opens Affordable Senior Housing in Dunmore

The United Neighborhood Centers has opened a new affordable senior housing complex in Dunmore.


The Bucktown Center offers 40 units for adults age 62 and older, with mobility accessible units and affordable rent.


The center also offers resources for transportation, food access, and community information.

Workforce Housing in Mt. Airy to Serve “Forgotten Missing Middle”

TierView Development has proposed a four-story workforce housing project which aims to serve the “forgotten middle” of the workforce.


Although the project is pending zoning approval, it would include a mix of studio and two-bedroom units, affordable homes, and commercial and green space.


To offset tree removal during construction, the project will plant 33 replacement trees.
