Main Line Health Nurses and Workers Invent Medical Devices

Main Line Health has launched a new innovation pipeline that enables nurses and other frontline health workers to propose and commercialize medical device prototypes.


These devices are primarily aimed at making everyday clinical problems and processes easier.


The program allows frontline workers to use their day-to-day experience to participate in innovative projects, and the pipeline has already resulted in several potential devices.

Social stigmas can act as an obstacle for students to seek out support services, despite a large portion of students relying on them.


This article discusses how campuses are offering low-barrier access to food and helping to reduce shame around food assistance.
