Lauchpad Philly Creates Paths to High-Paying Tech Jobs for Students

Launched several years ago, Launchpad Philly is empowering high school students and opening pathways to high-paying tech jobs.


Students are given access to technology education and training, college credits, networking, and touring local tech companies.


Students are also eligible for stipends and industry certification during program participation.

This Philly Program is Helping Community Leaders Go Further, Faster

Philadelphia nonprofit PhillyBOLT runs the School for Grassroots Leadership: an eight-month program that trains community leaders to expand their work across the region and build lasting community networks.


This program aims to launch positive changes and connections on the neighborhood level.


Weekly lessons and workshops are held for leaders, with participants being compensated for their time and being eligible for $1,000 for their affiliated organization upon program completion.
