In this issue of the Investor Network (IIN) newsletter, we bring you the latest highlights of everything we've been up to since the last issue and what to look forward to this year as we continue to partner with you to deliver exceptional value and knowledge.

The final 2023 roadshow to Africa was a collaboration between IIN, Prosper Africa, and Power Africa. It took place from October 8, 2023, to October 13, 2023. The trip was a joint effort that brought together partners and stakeholders from various sectors in our network. 

As Africa's most populous nation and largest economy, Nigeria presented a multitude of investment opportunities, and the trip acted as a catalyst for fostering collaboration and building lasting relationships within our network.

Partners and stakeholders gained on-the-ground insights, which is crucial for making informed investment decisions in the African context.

Trips like these enhance our understanding of specific markets and contribute to the broader narrative of sustainable and responsible investing in Africa. We can shape a future where African investments not only yield financial returns but also contribute to the sustainable development of the continent if we stay committed to progress and shared growth.

IIN hosted partners and stakeholders to a luncheon on December 15, 2023, to express gratitude for their unwavering support, collaboration, and shared success. 

IIN Executive Director, Bintou Kabore-Zerbo, kicked the luncheon off with a heartfelt welcome, expressing gratitude for the collective efforts that have pushed the organization forward.

IIN Board members Kevin Nolan and Joseph Boateng stressed the importance of delegation trips to Africa in providing potential investors with a firsthand experience as well as opportunities for growth.

The luncheon served to deepen connection to the organization’s mission and vision as well as a celebration of shared achievements, and a reaffirmation of the future.

IIN will engage with US investors to highlight the investment opportunities, challenges, and risk mitigation tools available to encourage investment into the continent.
