A MESSAGE FROM DR. GAYE LYNN SCOTT,

The Vice Chancellor of Instruction

Because you’re a part of Instruction/Academic Affairs at ACC, you’re receiving this newsletter to learn more about the Workday SIS implementation, which will affect your daily work in the future.

Instruction Division Team - Workday SIS Updates

Implementation planning is underway.

The Workday SIS implementation team conducted two weeks of training and planning workshops in May with our SIS teams and representatives from across the college. Thank you to everyone who participated. Based on their input, a detailed SIS implementation plan and timeline were created to suit the needs of ACC.

Process mapping begins.

The Instructional SIS team is scheduling initial stakeholder interviews to gather information about existing processes and get their opinions on areas for improvement. These interviews will provide crucial insights and enable us to refine our understanding of the processes performed at the college.

We are excited to begin this rare opportunity to document, analyze, and improve the processes and procedures required to support our students and the college.

The Instruction SIS Project website is coming soon!

A website specifically designed for ACC's Instructional faculty and staff is under development. It will be the source of project information and a means for all to give feedback and ask questions.
