Wear & Hear On the Road

We participated in the annual HLAA (Hearing Loss Association of America) event, held last month in Minneapolis, MN. Our Demo Room presentation "A Stylish, Affordable, Customizable Alternative to Hearing Aids" was well attended. View the presentation here. In addition, we provided a dozen HLAA chapters with BeHear NOW headsets to introduce to members. Check demo availability in a chapter near you.
Alango Technologies founder and CEO, Dr. Alexander Goldin, was invited to speak last month in Shanghai at the Global Device Summit, part of Mobile World Congress Asia. His 20-minute talk, entitled "Hearing, Hearables and Hearing Health", discussed hearing loss and its consequences, hearing aids and their failure to address the needs of hundreds of millions of potential users, and an innovative, emerging approach to hearing health based on consumer electronics technology.
