INSTRUCTIONS TO SUBMIT
A TIME CARD CORRECTION
Paylocity now allows employees to add, edit, and delete entries on their time cards the day it occurs. Once an employee submits a correction, supervisors will receive a notification to approve or reject the requested punch. Please follow the directions below to submit a time card correction.
Request to edit a punch

  1. Once Paylocity becomes operational, clock in and select "Launch Time and Attendance."
  2. Under "Recent Activity," select "Edit" to correct your most recent punch.
OR

Request to add a punch

  1. Select "Launch Time and Attendance" and then select "Request Add Punch."
