Intact Service Centres continue to expand in Ontario

We continue to expand our network of Intact Service Centres with select, authorized Rely Network repair shops.

New service centres now open in:

• London, Ontario
• St. Catharines, Ontario

These centres are fully dedicated to serving Intact policyholders exclusively, ensuring the availability of a fast, simple and quality auto repair experience for your customers.

Binding authority reminder

With severe weather events hitting parts of Canada at this time of year, please be aware of the specific limitations for these events in our National Binding Authority policy.

Binding authority reminder

Coverage or additional perils cannot be increased, added or bound for any new or existing risks or structures in the imminent path of a major weather event when significant damage from an insured peril is highly probable. This restriction continues until the emergency or major weather event is over and regardless if a state of emergency has been declared or not.

If you are unsure whether there is imminent risk of damage, please do not bind the risk. Refer to Intact’s Binding Authority Policy for more information about binding limitations or contact your Intact Insurance representative.

As a reminder, customers can submit a claim online via the Intact Insurance App or Client Centre or by calling 1-866-464-2424. We are available to help them 24/7.
