During Tech Week our conservatory parents generously volunteer to provide evening meals for our IA student performers. For a minimal contribution of $20 per student, we will cover all dinners, snacks, and paper goods throughout the week. Please complete the form below to sign up your student and pre-pay by Friday, Oct. 25th @ 5:00pm, so we can ensure we have an accurate headcount for food and supplies. 

We are committed to feeding all student performers during Tech-Week, so it is important that each student completes this form, regardless of payment.   

If you have additional children (siblings) that are staying late and would like them to receive dinner, please fill out a separate form for each child. We are happy to include them in our dinner service. 

Lastly, please have your student bring their refillable water bottle. Purified water stations are available for refills throughout the week.

All meals will be served in the PAC from 4:45-5:15 pm.

We are excited to announce our first show of the year, the IA Variety Show, and we need your help to make it a success! We plan to open the venue one hour early to offer concessions, including a selection of freshly baked pastries and a variety of hot and cold beverages.

If you can contribute pastries or other concession items, please drop them off at the CSArts office during business hours. Label the items "IA Variety Show, Joey Ancona." If you're unable to purchase these items but would still like to support us by donating funds for their purchase, you can do so via Venmo (@ATeam2017) or by leaving cash in an envelope. Please clearly label the envelope "Attn: IA Variety Show, Joey Ancona" and drop it off at the school office. Carmi or Linda will happily make the purchase on your behalf, and receipts are available upon request. While item costs are estimated based on club store prices, you're welcome to purchase from any location.

We greatly appreciate your support in volunteering for the show. We kindly ask all volunteers to arrive by 6:00 p.m. and stay until all audience members are seated. If you're assisting with concessions or merchandise, please be prepared to help during intermission as well.
