The program is one of the first of its kind in the region and is part of a growing national effort to build a stronger technical workforce. As a member of Keene State College's Monadnock Optical Advisory Board (MOAB), Chroma collaborates with other local optics leaders to help shape the curriculum and ensure students are learning the skills that matter most.
While the program is regionally based, its impact reaches far beyond New England. We see it as an important model for how industry and education can work together to meet the growing demand for skilled optics professionals.
