We hope your Halloween was filled with treats, transformations, and a bit of wonder! As November unfolds, we’re especially excited for Veterans Day and our upcoming talk with retired Navy SEAL Jon Dalton, who will share insights on how psychedelics hold tremendous potential for transforming the lives of veterans and bringing healing to our service members. With Thanksgiving just around the corner, it’s a perfect time to reflect on community, connection, and gratitude. We have updates to our integration circles and several inspiring events coming up, so stay tuned for ways to connect, grow, and dive deeper with us this season!

Breath of Fire
with Randy Gates
We had another incredible session of Somatic Breathwork and an Immersive Sound Bath led by Live DJ Randy Gates! This deeply engaging experience guided participants into an altered state of consciousness, promoting profound healing and emotional release. The session featured a blend of Tibetan singing bowls, reiki, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to deepen the experience. The energy in the room was powerful, as we were encouraged to release tension, reconnect with our bodies, and fully embrace the benefits of this transformative somatic practice.

On the Front Lines of Healing with Ben Strahan
Hotshot Superintendent Ben Strahan delivered a profoundly beautiful, inspiring, and powerful talk. He shared his deeply personal journey of overcoming adversity, focusing on how his struggles have shaped him into a passionate advocate for mental health and psychedelic medicine. Through his heartfelt storytelling, Ben offered insights into his own experiences with suicidal thoughts, mental health struggles, and how he found healing and purpose. His authentic narrative created a safe and open space for attendees to reflect on their own growth, resilience, and the potential for recovery through mental health advocacy and psychedelic therapies. "As my journey…” approach to Psychedelic Integration. This integration circle is based on the Ullman method and has typically been used for nighttime dreams. This circle is for those who are curious about finding meaning from the messages, images, symbols, stories, etc. from their psychedelic experience. The messages of the unconscious are not always clear and we may have to work to understand them.
