Recently, the new Puerto Rico Condominium Law 129-2020 was approved. In Puerto Rico we have a large population of apartments owners who do not speak Spanish and translating the law into English will be of great benefit to them.

The cost to translate the Puerto Rico Condominium Law is over $ 4,000. We are doing a census of the number of people who are interested in having the law in English, to divide the cost among all those interested. The company that will be doing this work is highly qualified and has experience in translating laws in several languages. Its clients include agencies of the federal government, state government, pharmaceutical companies, universities, among others.
