The Metrowest Interfaith Community includes faith leaders and advocates in the Jewish, Christian and Baha'i communities of Holliston, as well as the Islamic Center of Boston, the Sikh Gurdwara of Millis, the Ramakrishna Vedanta Society of Boston (Hindu), and Peace Islands Institute. Together we provide opportunities for multifaith and multi-spiritual neighbors to come together. In doing so, we honor the presence of God through our rich diversity and help create communities of solidarity and hope.
Convergence of Sacred Days
Approaching Spring, we come to what we call the convergence of sacred days. It is a remarkable time where the major religious feasts and traditions of the year converge with each other. They include Passover for Jews, Easter for Christians, Ramadan for Muslims, Holi for Hindus, Vaisahki, New Year of Sikhs, and Rivdan, the new year of our Baha'i neighbors. All of these people are represented in our communities.

This sacred time symbolizes the convergence of us all in our neighborhoods, the coming together of the common ground by which we all live, and the power of our #oneinterfaithvoice.
Christian Contemplative Prayer: A New Generation of Seekers
We will explore the changing needs of Christian contemplatives through a thought-provoking conversation with our guest, Keith Kristich. Keith is a writer, retreat leader, and founder of the online contemplative community, Closer Than Breath. His mission is to help people unlearn rigid religion, reimagine what is divine, and see God everywhere.
