The religious leaders of the Jewish & Christian communities of Holliston, Massachusetts, and the Islamic Center of Boston, the Sikh Gurdwara of Millis, the Ramakrishna Vedanta Society of Boston (Hindu), other Islamic representatives, and the Baha'i community together provide opportunities for multifaith and nonreligious neighbors to come together. In doing so, we honor the presence of God in our richness and diversity.

The Metrowest Interfaith Dialogue Project is organizing a Book Chat this winter, with possible dates beginning Sunday January 22, 2023 @4 pm. They will run for three or four sessions that are in person and online. Join us and sign up to receive news of exact days and times.

New Open Spirit Multi-Faith, Multi-Cultural Book Club

Open Spirit is delighted to announce a new book club, led by Rabbi Allison Poirier from Temple Beth Sholom. Here's what she has to say about it:

We're going to start out meeting monthly on second Thursdays at 12:30 at Open Spirit, although if we get different feedback, we can adjust the time and place for future meetings. Our first meeting will be January 12th at 12:30 at Open Spirit Center in Framingham.

I'm also excited to tell you that we're going to have an asynchronous option for folks who can't come to the actual meeting. I've started up an Instagram account for the book club, and will post discussion questions, notes about the books, etc. I hope we'll get people who otherwise would not be able to participate.
