Cool Ideas
Healthy Changes Everything Flash Mob
It's American Heart Month. We remember the intergenerational flash mob that the BlueCross BlueShield of Western NY once coordinated. On that day, crowds of elders, teens, adults and kids created a "flash" of dancing, stunts, hula hooping, and break dancing to prove being healthy doesn't have to be intimidating or hard. Watch the video.

Got something cool you tried that was successful? Why not tweet your cool intergenerational ideas to #cooligideas? You can also post them to our Intergenerational Connections Facebook Group. We want to highlight innovative age-optimized programs and practices through our blog, social media and weekly e-newsletter! Share the inspiration.

Billi, feeling like a fish out of water in her home country, struggles with the family's decision to hide the truth from her grandmother." -Rotten Tomatoes | Watch the trailer.
