On November 14, 200 guests gathered at the International Institute to celebrate the International Institute’s 100th Anniversary and recognize partner organizations and individuals who have been welcoming immigrant newcomers and promoting a multicultural community.

The inaugural Anna Crosslin Distinguished Leadership Award was bestowed on the St. Louis Mosaic Project. The International Institute Award, presented periodically since 1989 for exceptional volunteerism, was given to the Jewish Community Relations Council, Jewish Community for New Americans, and Congregation Shaare Emeth for their support of refugee children through their provision of summer camp for the past three years.
