Save the date for Interviews With Inspiring Women, featuring Natalee Colón!

Natalee joined The York Water Company nearly 10 years ago and currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources. A graduate of Harrisburg High School, she received a bachelor's degree in Marketing and a master's degree in Business Administration from York College of Pennsylvania.

Natalee has continued to grow and expand her education by graduating from Leadership York's Leadership Training Program and Mentorship York program. She is a member of United Way of York County's Board of Directors and chairs the United Way of York County Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Task Force.

Interviews With Inspiring Women is an opportunity for Women United members to gather, to socialize with one another and hear the experiences of an inspirational woman in our community. This is a relaxed environment where questions are encouraged, as well as plenty of laughter. This is a free event.

Committee Spotlight: Volunteer Development
Getting involved with a committee is a great way to engage with Women United and get to know some of our members better! We often hear the question: What do our committees do? Each newsletter, we'll take a deeper dive.

The Volunteer Development Committee helps to brainstorm and plan our 3-4 annual volunteer events, including Day of Action. Connect with local nonprofits in need, and give back by connecting Women United members with an opportunity to make an impact through their time.

Interested in getting involved? Email Committee Chair Mary Thomas.
