Forensic Alcohol Expert, Matthew Malhiot, has been at the top of his field in all matters related to forensic alcohol impairment and analysis.  Having been trained and worked at the state level, Mr. Malhiot has been providing consulting and expert witness services for more than 35 years. 

His knowledge and expertise has benefited thousands of alcohol-related cases in local, state, military and federal courts nationwide.   Matthew's well-versed education, training and experience can provide the accurate scientific evidence and insightful expert consultation and testimony needed to assist attorneys in forming and developing case strategies.

Mr. Malhiot holds four certifications from CMI, Inc., the manufacturer of the Intoxilyzer, on breath alcohol testing instrumentation and analysis; including operation, maintenance, calibration and advanced repair of the Intoxilyzer.  Matthew has also earned Intoxilyzer instructor certifications from CMI, Inc. and currently provides nationwide, CLE training to attorneys and judges on the Intoxilyzer 9000, 8000 and 5000.
