MIPA Kick-Off Recap
A big THANK YOU to those Michigan Independent Pharmacy Owners and Spouses that attended the MIPA Kick-Off Event in Clare, MI on April 9th.

Pharmacy Owners and stakeholders representing 100+ independent pharmacies came to learn, network, and get involved in important discussions on how to help make a difference. These owners know what it takes to serve their customers and the challenges they face day in and out.

Speaker of the House Jason Wentworth and Representative Julie Calley both shared with attendees how MIPA's effectiveness and experience helped make HB 4348 possible and how important it is to keep the momentum going.

Check out the Speaker Wentworth Press Release congratulating Rep. Julie Calley!

Also attending the event was Rep. Roger Hauck who listened intently to the issues pharmacies are facing. Rep. Roger Hauck is running for State Senate for the new 34th State Senate District covering Osceola, Clare, Gladwin, Mecosta, Isabella, and Gratiot counties, as well as parts of Lake, Bay, Midland, Saginaw, and Clinton counties.
How can you get involved? What are next steps?
