In 2020 he became DPO (Data Protection Officer) with the passing of the enabling Eipass exam and since then he has been managing relations with the Privacy Guarantor for SMEs.
In 2021 he also attended the course for business crisis manager, curator, judicial commissioner, liquidator attestor and registered with the OCRI at the Ministry of Justice in Italy.

Jacqueline Moneta was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2019. She holds a B.Com in Finance from McGill University and a Juris Doctor with first class distinction from Bond University.
Jacqueline joined the firm in the summer of 2018 as a summer student. In August 2018 she stayed on to complete her articles and was offered a position as an associate in June 2019. Throughout her time at the firm Jacqueline has worked with the real estate team, the corporate team and has carriage of several civil litigation files.

Marie Cherylle Z. Hular is the firm’s contracts and due diligence expert. She is actively involved in rendering corporate services and regulatory and compliance work with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and has served as Corporate Secretary of a group of companies engaged in the food and beverage industry with numerous branches in Metro Manila.
She has likewise advised companies on requirements on initial public offerings (IPO) and pre-IPO restructuring and assisted listed companies on compliance with their disclosure requirements with regulatory bodies.
