Walk-Through:
For each scavenger hunt line item, a corresponding exercise will need to be completed. For example, if you are walking on a trail and see an unusual flower, take a picture, then complete the subsequent exercise like 15 Jumping Jacks or calf raises.

Key Points to Remember:
- You do NOT want to overextend your muscles or push yourself to where you cannot finish the scavenger hunt. It is recommended to stretch and drink water or electrolytes to ensure hydration.
- It's important to start at a level that feels comfortable for you and gradually increases the intensity as you build strength and stamina. Enjoy the scavenger hunt and have fun staying active with your team or accountability partner!
