Around this time last year, students were assembling paper airplanes and exploring the aviation industry at the Tuskegee History Center during a summer youth STEM aviation day camp. Focused on ‘The Tuskegee Airmen: Keeping Their History Alive,’ the camp included museum visits and programs on the Tuskegee Airmen, model display airplanes, and career exploration.
Tuskegee native Frank Hatten presented Boeing's DreamLearners program and Tuskegeean Garry Quinn exposed students to careers in transportation.
