How do I qualify for the Level Up benefits?
"Leveling up" to the benefits of this offer is easy. Simply make six (6) consecutive on-time payments on the AT&T Unlimited Level Up plan. Then, move to any AT&T Wireless postpaid phone plan like Value Plus VL to get the phone you want with $0 down and interest-free financing.
What are on-time payments?
Payments that successfully renew your AT&T Unlimited Level Up plan service by the due date every 30 days, qualify as on-time payments.
How can I confirm that I’m eligible for the Level Up benefits?
Once you’ve made six (6) consecutive on-time payments on the AT&T Unlimited Level Up plan, your Level Up status automatically moves to "eligible." Check your status any time at att.com/myprepaid.
I’ve made my six (6) consecutive payments; what’s my next step?
Once you’ve confirmed your Level Up status is eligible, simply visit an AT&T retail store or call us at 611 to move to your new postpaid phone plan like AT&T Wireless Value Plus VL or Unlimited Your Way. At that point, you can choose from AT&T’s latest smartphones and get $0 down and interest-free financing.
What happens if I miss a payment?
To qualify for the Level Up benefits, your prior six (6) payments on the Unlimited Level Up plan must be on time. If you miss a payment, your payment history resets, even if you had previously been eligible. The good news is that you can start over and with six (6) consecutive on-time payments, you'll be eligible for Level Up benefits.
