Welcome to ProVia Ashley! Can you tell us a bit about your professional background?

I've lived near Sugarcreek, Ohio my entire life. I obtained my Bachelor's degree from Kent State University, where I majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.

Since graduating I've held positions with two different companies in the automotive aftermarket industry. Both were manufacturers, so I feel right at home working with a manufacturer again at ProVia.

What are you looking forward to the most in your new position?

Previously I was in outside sales, so I traveled a lot and really got to know the industry. I'll be doing the same here, but from more of an inside perspective.

I'm really looking forward to the creative aspect of my role at ProVia, and coming up with fresh approaches to serving and supporting our dealers.

What has impressed you the most at ProVia so far?

Definitely the people. Everyone is very nice and friendly, and have strong values. They don't have them written down somewhere just to say they have them, like some companies. The folks at ProVia really follow the company values and believe in them.

Do you have any initial thoughts about ProVia's window lineup?

I've been studying our windows pretty intensively, plus taking a look at some of our competitors. Already I've learned that I don't ever want anything but ProVia windows on my home. Looking at the cutaways and seeing the engineering design and the way they're built, our windows are so strong and energy efficient compared to all the rest.

Also, ProVia does pick and choose who we sell to, and I think that's very meaningful. We know we have a quality product, and we want to sell it through quality people who invest themselves in the process.

Thanks Ashley, we look forward to working with you!
