We're pleased to announce the launch of CSE QuickFix mobile app. At CSE, we're committed to introducing innovative solutions for our agents and customers to make their life easier.
The new CSE QuickFix App will be released on 7/7/2020. The
easy-to-use
app will allow our customers to self submit photos to CSE for an estimate on their damaged vehicle. This means less time waiting for an appraiser to come out and inspect their vehicle, and
quicker turn around
if a vehicle has been deemed a total loss. Moreover, this app adopts technology consistent with industry leaders.
How it works:
1-The application will be offered by our first notice of loss partner (Safelite). If the customer accepts, they will immediately receive a text with a link to the CSE QuickFix download in the app store. If they would prefer not to download the app, there is a link for a web version as well.
2-QuickFix will walk a customer through submitting the main photos as well as allow them to take a 30 second video of any of the damages being claimed. It will also allow a customer to submit any number of additional images that they want their adjuster/appraiser to see or review.
