Signature Programmes
Why should you join?
LeadWomen's pioneer Women in Leadership (WIL) programme facilitates the careers of senior women in business across all industries and business sectors. It combines a variety of methodologies: workshops, peer-to-peer support, coaching, mentoring, experiential learning and networking.

Who should attend?
It is aimed at two audiences:
  • Senior women, one or two career stages away from a more senior leadership or board role
  • Middle-management women aspiring for senior management roles

Why should you join?
Running for the third consecutive year, this 7-month modular Global Women On Boards (GWOB) provides participants with a global perspective on board governance, leadership and dynamics in boardrooms. Throughout the programme, participants will be guided by expert mentors from across the UK, USA, Asia and Africa.

Who should attend?
  • CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and Heads of functional units
  • New and current Women Board Directors who want to improve or refresh their skills and knowledge on the expectations of Boards today.
Past Events
It was a great start to the year with LeadWomen's Power Events! On 5th February, we held a Professional Photo-taking Session as well as a Power Lunch in which Members had a chance to engage with Tan Sri Datuk Dr. Rafiah and fellow peers. The lunch was nothing short of inspirational!
Upcoming Events
Devanesan Evanson is a qualified accountant (FCCA), a Chartered Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and is a fellow member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia (FIIAM).

Devanesan sits on the Board of AKPK (Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit) as an Independent Director and is the Chairman of the Audit Committee. He was the President of the ACCA Advisory Committee and the Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia as well as held the position of a Council Member for the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. 
Devanesan retired from Bursa Malaysia in 2010 after serving for 18 years. He started his career at Bursa Malaysia as Head of Internal Audit and Risk Management and continued on to become the Chief Regulatory Officer and the Chief Market Operations Officer.

Who should sign up?
This membership is open to individuals who meet any one of the criteria:
  • Currently serving on a private, non-profit or public listed board
  • Have served on a private, non-profit or public listed board
  • Have leadership experience at C-level, partner or director level and have completed a related Director Readiness Programme
  • An established entrepreneur with a turnover of minimum RM 1 million
