We are excited to announce that we are now offering the convenience of online registration through FamilyID

FamilyID is a secure registration platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to sign school policies, such as handbook agreements, media releases, and responsible use policies, and helps us to be more administratively efficient and environmentally responsible. When you register through Family ID, the system keeps track of your information in your Family ID profile. You enter your information only once for each family member for multiple uses and multiple programs.

At this time, we are offering registration for After-School Care for the 2019-2020 school year. If you would like to register for this service, please follow the instructions below. We will continue to add online forms and registrations using FamilyID over the next few months so you might want to register for FamilyID at this time to streamline future registrations and online forms that are shared.

To register for programs with our FamilyID software you will need your student's "StudentID"; we will be using their Locally Assigned Student Identification/LASID. All parents should have received their child(ren)'s LASID by email just now; please be sure to sure to save this code for future reference.

 Follow these steps to Create Your FamilyID Account:
  • To find your program, click on the link above and select the registration form under the word Programs.
  • Next click on the green Register Now button and scroll, if necessary, to the Create Account/Log In green buttons. If this is your first time using FamilyID, click Create Account. Click Log In, if you already have a FamilyID account.
  • Create your secure FamilyID account by entering the account owner First and Last names (parent/guardian), E-mail address and password. Select I Agree to the FamilyID Terms of Service. Click Create Account.
  • You will receive an email with a link to activate your new account. (If you don’t see the email, check your E-mail filters (spam, junk, etc.).
  • Click on the link in your activation E-mail, which will log you in to FamilyID.com

How to Register for a Program or Complete an Online Form:

  • Once in the registration form, complete the information requested. All fields with a red* are required to have an answer.
  • Click the Continue button when your form is complete.
  • Programs will be paid using credit or debit card payment through Family ID with PayPal as the payment processor.
  • Click the green Pay & Submit button
  • On the next screen, click on Proceed to Payment to be directed to the payment processor. In PayPal, you can use a PayPal account, debit card or credit card. (You will need to select whether you want to pay with PayPal or to pay without a PayPal account.).
  • After you click Pay, you will receive a completion email from the payment processor confirming your payment and an email from FamilyID confirming your registration.
  • At any time, you may log in at www.familyid.com to update your information and to check your registration(s).
  • To view a completed registration, select the 'Registration' tab on the blue bar.

After-School Care
We are thrilled to announce that registration for the 2019-2020 After-School Care program is now available. 300 spaces will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Registration will be for particular days of the week for the duration of the school year, i.e., every Monday or every Wednesday.  Registration for the program will close on August 1, 2019.

BFCCPS has hired a Manager of Before and After-School Care who will oversee this program. BFCCPS will also have a nurse on staff during both before and after school programs.

BFCCPS After-School Tuition is paid monthly, over the ten (10) month period from August through May, and has been divided into ten equal payments. Payments are not proportionate to the number of days attended per month. S tudents must be pre-registered, no drop in services are available.

For families with multiple students, a 10% discount is available for subsequent enrollments. Pickup is required by no later than 6pm. A $50 registration fee per child will be required to reserve your space(s). Thereafter monthly payments will be due starting in August. Failure to keep your child(ren)'s account balance up to date will result in un-enrollment from the After School Program. 

When completing registration with FamilyID you must review and acknowledge the terms and conditions for enrollment including payment, pickup times and how to withdraw from the program if your needs change during the 2019-2020 school year.

PLEASE NOTE:  Our teachers and after school providers will participate in professional development on early release days. With this in mind, we will not be able to offer After-School Care on our early release and full-day professional development days. If you need care on vacation and professional development days, we encourage you to contact local providers that offer drop in services or local camps.
