Share Your Story: How much the world has changed in such a short period of time! We ask you to reflect upon your experience during the COVID-19 pandemic so far, and what effect it's had on your daily life, faith, emotions, activities, etc. You can remain anonymous, if you'd like! If there is a photo you would like to share, please email it to agodby@stcharles-kettering.org . We would like to post these reflections on our website to help strengthen our spiritual communion and serve as a source of hope and encouragement for our St. Charles community.

From Parish Health Ministry: To avoid getting sick, most of the focus so far has been on preventing exposure to the coronavirus, which, of course, is very important! Staying at home, social distancing, hand washing and more all help to keep us safe. But very little has been written about the other half of the equation: how to enhance your immune system so that if you are exposed, you can reduce the chances of getting sick, or at least mitigate the intensity of the disease and thus reduce the death rate. In this article by Dean Ornish, M.D.—clinical professor of medicine at the University of California, San Francisco and founder of the Preventive Medicine Research Institute—he lists four ways to stay healthy, including: Love More, Stress Less, Eat Well and Move More.
