Introducing our new Broadcast Email solution: Gaggle Mail!

We are excited to introduce Gaggle Mail as our new Broadcast Email system that will completely replace our existing product. Gaggle Mail has all of the features our members have requested and is more user-friendly. You'll be able to manage vacation holds, enable a digest, and view your archives. You can still send and receive from your OWN email server and your Gaggle Mail profile.

We have reduced the lists to the following:

• Real Estate
• Open House
• Rental Information
• General News
• For Sale

Please begin using the above lists ASAP to have us fully transitioned by October 1.

IMPORTANT: Each list has NEW email addresses - active as of September 5th! They are listed below in the next section.

Your current subscription on the old system moved to GaggleMail automatically. The old email addresses (vbrbes.org) will be shut down at the end of September.

Here are the NEW email addresses for each list.

Please start using these ASAP.

All subscribers have been fully imported from our current system, so you do NOT need to re-subscribe. DO NOT send to both the old emails and the new emails.

We have attached the Broadcast Email Cheat Sheet with the new email addresses. Please bookmark or print this for your reference. 

WHAT IF I NEED TO SUBSCRIBE?

If you were previously subscribed to the old email list, your subscription carried over to the new list. But if you want to subscribe to a new list you weren't previously subscribed to, you can do this on the VBR site.

Sign in to your VBR Member Hub account in the link below, and then subscribe to any new lists.

This transition should be easy, but we want to make sure our members are prepared for the full switch. The vbrbes.org email domains will no longer work as of October 1, 2023.
