SAVE THE DATE FOR COLLEGE FAIR 2021!
Dear High School Families,
As you may be aware, for the past five years OCSA has hosted a comprehensive College Fair, featuring arts and academic master classes, workshops, evening parent sessions, and a culminating booth fair. Last year, OCSA was still able to offer this incredible opportunity to our high school students and parents, albeit virtually.
This year, we are proud to reinforce our commitment to helping our students find the right postsecondary fit with the announcement of our College Fair 2021, which will include both in-person and virtual components. We hope you will join us on Thursday, October 21 and Friday, October 22 for a full lineup of on-campus and virtual master classes, workshops, and panels, in addition to an exciting Virtual College Booth Fair!
At this event, you can expect to experience:
- A collaboration between industry professionals, colleges, and OCSA alumni to provide in-person and virtual presentations about a variety of postsecondary arts and academic opportunities for our high school students.
- Virtual sessions for students and parents from industry leaders on how to navigate application deadlines, financial aid, the UC/Cal State systems, and more, both during the COVID-19 crisis and beyond.
- A virtual, fully interactive college fair platform where colleges can showcase their unique attributes to students and parents. Colleges will have representatives accessible to chat live with students during the three-hour booth fair.
Who can attend College Fair 2021?
The in-person and virtual master classes, workshops, and panels that occur during the school day are designed for high school students ONLY. The virtual evening sessions and Virtual College Booth Fair are intended and designed for all high school students and their parents/guardians.
How do I register for the event?
Registration for this event will be available for students and parents beginning the second week in October. Please keep an eye out for registration details coming soon!
Is there a cost?
No, this is a FREE event for all OCSA high school families.
We look forward to seeing you at our upcoming College Fair. As a reminder, registration details will be coming in early October. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.
