Our response to market enthusiasm is reflected in the 2024 Prominence Health Plan Small Group Portfolio. We continue to offer ALL previous health plans, some with slightly adjusted benefits, and with only a single-digit increase across the board! This means existing clients can experience a seamless renewal - while also expanding options for benefit-rich, Gold plans that bring enhanced deductible options.

INCREASED COMMISSIONS: Now $40 PEPM for Small Group!

We appreciate your partnership and support in presenting our Prominence Small Group health plans! To help sweeten the deal, we are pleased to increase and standardize our Small Group structure to a $40 PEPM schedule. This change will take effect upon existing Small Group client renewal. 2024 BROKER COMMISSIONS

ORG POLICY UPDATE: A Different Approach to Renewing Small Group Clients with an Ability for Auto-Renewal!

ORG Policies for our 2024 Small Group plans (the official plan name for each respective plan) will remain the same as in 2023, with the exception of our three new plans. This will allow for auto-renewal without any mapping to the 2024 renewal period. So, if a group makes no changes, we can roll them “as-is” into the upcoming renewal period. However, we would like to kindly ask for your help to “retrain the brain!” as the ORG Policy is no longer indicative of plan deductible. While the plans may have changed from a benefit structure, the plan ORG Policies and names remain the same. To help in this effort, we have created the crosswalk below to demonstrate the new logic.
