To the friends of Triple C Housing:
After 25 remarkable years as our servant leader, I send this note to not only formally announce the retirement of Leslie Stivale as our President/CEO, but the end of an era and legacy of transformative leadership.
In what feels like a futile attempt to best capture how Leslie embodies the three “Cs” of Triple C Housing (TCH), I landed with three “Bs" - as in brilliant, bold and bright.
“Brilliant” as in Leslie’s well-known, superior intellect and her prolific attention to detail that often translated difficult decision-making to impactful action-taking.
“Bold” as in her swift, decisive and immediate leadership that, even in the most dire of political and economic headwinds, sustained TCH’s steady and upward trajectory. In directly confronting a housing market crash to Superstorm Sandy to the current federal climate, TCH not only navigated these often rough waters, but has emerged as one of New Jersey’s ‘go-to’ supportive housing developers and providers under her watch.
And “Bright” as in her big heart and unwavering people-first commitment always casting the most powerful and brightest of lights over the darkest of challenges or adversities.
We can get into specifics as to TCH’s financial, service delivery and overall organizational growth over Leslie’s tenure, but for the sake of brevity, please join us in extending our deepest, heartfelt gratitude for her profound and permanent imprint of her 3 Bs to our 3 Cs.
