Since our first year of operation, Trinity Hall has been blessed with committed, passionate educators in every professional role. Our newest administrative team members share this same drive for excellence and will make a positive impact within our community and on behalf of our students.
Alison Le Vine Pugsley, Athletic Director
Alison Le Vine Pugsley has a long career working with student-athletes, serving most recently as an academic advisor for student-athletes at Fordham University. Before this she was the athletic director at The Hewitt School, an all-girls K-12 independent school in NYC. Alison has significant experience in mental conditioning training for student-athletes, notably at IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL.

Alison holds a B.A. in psychology from the University of Richmond and an M.S. in sport psychology from the University of Tennessee.

Reina Guerrero
College Counselor

A fter earning her B.A. in politics and history from Brandeis University, Reina Guerrero began her career in college admissions at Georgetown University and then moved on to NYU, where she was promo ted to the role of assistant director, undergraduate admissions. In addition to continuing to review and evaluate prospective students for NYU, most recently Reina served as the associate director of admissions at the Loyola School, an independent, coeducational Jesuit high school in NYC.

Niki Mendrinos, Ed.D.
College Counselor

Dr. Niki Mendrinos brings to Trinity Hall her expertise in college counseling after spending 20 years in college admissions/higher education, most recently as the vice president of enrollment management at a small, private, Catholic college in Pennsylvania. She holds her Ed.D. in educational leadership and higher education administration from Temple University, where she worked her way up to senior associate director of undergraduate admissions and where she also taught undergraduate and graduate courses through the College of Education.

Matthew McCarthy, Development Officer
Matthew McCarthy began his Trinity Hall career as the head coach of the Monarchs varsity basketball team during the 2018-2019 winter athletics season. His overwhelmingly positive experience within the school community led him to pursue an additional role here. As a member of the development team, Matt brings his background in business development to assist with fundraising efforts. He earned a bachelor's degree in business management from Saint Peter's College.
