Thyrsos, Leucius, & Callinicos, Martyrs of Apollonia

Dear Beloved St. John the Baptist Family:

Christ is in our midst!

It has been such a blessing to join the St. John the Baptist family as our Youth Director, and I thank our Lord each day I have an opportunity to watch your children grow and deepen their relationships in Christ. As we continue to develop a thriving youth program, we are committed to offering wonderful opportunities for your children to strengthen their relationship with and love for Christ. St. Clement of Alexandria reminds us, “The primary lesson for life must be implanted in the soul from the earliest age. The primary lesson for children is to know the Eternal God, the One Who gives everlasting life.”

It is with this principal goal in mind that St. John the Baptist has focused on offering a number of youth ministries, educational opportunities, and programs for children from nursery school age through high school that encourage a deepening love for Christ, increased engagement in church life, and fun and fellowship with likeminded youth and families.

To better serve our St. John the Baptist families, we will be implementing a single “Youth Registration Form” required for all youth (regardless of previous participation) to be completed before January 1, 2024, for the entire 2023-2024 year. At this time, I invite you to read through our catalog of youth offerings, and please register your children as soon as possible.

I wish all families and their youth a blessed and fruitful new year and look forward to spending time with your children and watching them mature in their faith!

With Love in Christ,

Anastasia Moxon

Youth Director
