The CRISP DC HIE Portal is your new gateway to reporting. Your organization’s PopHealth accounts will soon be migrated. You will receive an email notification containing the exact date one week before your scheduled migration. Users will access the reports directly through the CRISP DC HIE Portal and will no longer access reports through the previous platform/URL.

All Your Work in One Place!

Simply log into the CRISP DC HIE Portal for all your CRISP work. Your credentials will grant you access to the secure web-based analytics suite of reports. Existing users will retain access to all previously assigned reports, enabling them to continue identifying trends and providing insights into enhancing patient care across the District.

Access PopHealth by clicking on the tile found on your dashboard at Portal.CRISPDC.org.

Don’t have access to the CRISP DC HIE Portal?

If you don't have an existing CRISP DC HIE Portal account, we'll create a new one for you. To initiate the registration process, we'll send you an email from [email protected] with the subject line "CRISP-DC-Account Activate." The email will include a link that will be active for 72 hours, giving you enough time to complete the registration process. However, if you miss the 72-hour window, please contact your HIE Admin to resend the activation link.
