I am emailing you today to share some exciting news. After 25 years of human resources (HR) leadership experience, it is time for me to take the next step. I have recently launched my own HR consulting practice – Ross Insight Solutions.

As you may already know, my passion is helping companies transform their business through their people. Prior to beginning my HR career, I practiced law in a general practice and owned one of the first mediation businesses in the Northeast. Since my career change, I have had experience in all aspects of human resources across diverse industries. This unique and varied background positions me to help businesses in significant ways that will positively impact their workforce and their company’s profitability.
