Advanced Technology

Sylfirm X has dual wave technology - a RF microneedling and radio frequency treatment all in one. This makes it stand out compared to other microneedling devices on the market. Also, unlike traditional microneedling, Sylfirm X's multiple depth modes allows not just collagen stimulation —it also helps with regulation of abnormal blood vessels. This makes it especially effective for rosacea and melasma. Sylfirm X also has settings to allow for treatment of eyelids and around the eye area which most other microneedling devices are unable to do.

What to Expect

A typical Sylfirm X session is quick and comfortable:

A topical numbing cream is applied beforehand.

Treatment takes about 30–60 minutes depending on the area.

Most patients feel mild heat and pressure, but minimal discomfort. This video shows Dani, our PA performing the treatment on Dr. Schingo! As you can see, he was relaxed throughout the treatment.

Afterward, you may experience some redness and mild swelling—similar to a sunburn—for 1–3 days.

Multiple treatments are recommended and can be done 4-6 weeks apart.

When will you see results?

While some patients notice a slight improvement within a few days, the real results happen over time as collagen rebuilds.

1–2 weeks: Improved texture and radiance
