Good morning and thanks for reading this week's HERE FOR GOOD Digest, a campaign season newsletter from United Way of the Greater Capital Region (UWGCR). We are officially two weeks away from one of the most inspiring days of the year, Giving Tuesday! Each November, countless people around the world come together to support organizations that make an impact in their local communities and beyond. As we look forward to this annual day of giving, we're thrilled to announce UWGCR's 2023 Giving Tuesday Ambassadors!

Giving Tuesday Website

This year, UWGCR is grateful to have 34 ambassadors who are coming together to raise $1000,000 over the next two weeks to support of our work in the community. These dedicated individuals are connected to us through our Women United and Emerging Leaders United donor networks, which elevate UWGCR and our nonprofit partners through philanthropy, volunteerism, and activism all year long. Continuing reading to meet our ambassadors and visit our Giving Tuesday website to find each of their individual giving pages.

We hope you'll support them on their quest to be HERE FOR GOOD!

Today, we're proud to feature our partners at Bring on the Spectrum, and Christine Sherlock, whose family has run the annual Lazarou Open at the Amsterdam Municipal Golf Course for the past 18 years!

You can watch all of our "Why I" videos on our website and YouTube channel.
